We map the trade-offs and pressure-test assumptions about focus, resources, and revenue. We identify which constraints are structural and which are symptomatic because treating symptoms is expensive and temporary.

Co-Founder Data Governance Lead

Johann is a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) specialising in master data management, data quality governance, and operational data design. He works at the intersection of a problem most businesses would rather ignore: the data foundation that every AI tool, dashboard, and analytics investment depends on.

The excitement is always around the tool Power BI, AI models, automation. But nobody wants to ask the uncomfortable question of what data is feeding all of it. Garbage in, garbage out. Johann is the person who makes the exciting tools actually work.
